Why we exist

Our CPAs never saw the whole business.

A brand deal paid partly in equity. A product line shipping to three states. A podcast, a course, a holding company, and a partnership nobody ever put on paper. Every spring we handed it all to a CPA, and every spring the return came back as if we had one W-2 and a side hustle.

Nobody was wrong, exactly. They just weren't paying attention, and they didn't have the tools to. Creator businesses are built from a dozen revenue streams that start and stop overnight. A practice built around salaried clients can't keep up.

So we built the firm we wanted. One team that knows every revenue stream you have, and tells you what a move will cost you before you make it, not the following April.

The founders

Before, not after

Know the tax on it before you spend it.

Every CPA we ever had looked at our year after it ended. By then the money was spent, and all that was left was to report it.

Members ask first. Before a purchase, an expense or a new deal, you see what it does to your tax bill and how to set it up so the dollar goes further. Because we keep your books, the answer comes from this month's numbers, not last year's return.

What members get

Everything a family office does, built for how creators earn.

Year-round tax strategy
We plan before the year closes instead of filing after it ends. Every quarter starts with a plan and ends with a number.
Entity structure
Holding companies, S corps and partnerships, set up properly and kept clean, so each revenue stream sits where it is taxed best.
Retirement stacking
Solo 401(k)s, cash balance plans, IRAs and Roth conversions, sized to your profit rather than to a template.
Depreciation and credits
Short-term rental real estate, film and heavy equipment, modeled against your bracket so you can see where each one fits and where it doesn't.
Products and online stores
Sales tax in every state where you owe it, inventory and cost of goods tracked properly, and store and marketplace payouts matched to the sales behind them.
Equity, options and vesting
Equity from brand deals, advisory shares and stock options, with the elections filed on time. We track every vesting schedule and investment, so you know what you own and when it gets taxed.
Trusts and estate structure
Revocable and irrevocable trusts, set up alongside your entities so who owns what, and what you pass on, gets planned once.
A lawyer in the room
In-house counsel reviews every structure. Specialist attorneys join when a group offering calls for one.
Bookkeeping, where you already keep it
We keep the books for every business in the software it already runs on. No migration and no new logins. We close them every month, so the numbers behind your advice are never stale.
Institutional software, on your side
We pay for the tax research and planning software that private banks and family offices use to test a move before a client makes it. Most CPA firms skip it because of the cost, so their work starts and ends with filing your return. We cover it, and it's part of every member's plan.

Peace of mind

You don't have time to run this. We do.

  1. 01

    We go find the deal

When a strategy calls for a purchase, like a short-term rental, we look for the property that fits your numbers, negotiate it, close it and manage it. You review and sign.

  2. 02

We take over what you already have

An existing trust, a property, a plan another firm set up. We take over the management so everything runs from one place.

  3. 03

We bring in whoever is missing

If you need something we don't cover, we find the right specialist, bring them in and manage the work. You’ll never hear “sorry, you’ll have to find someone else for that.”

The members' app

Everything you have going on, in one place.

We built our own app because nothing on the market fit how we work. See every entity, account, investment and vesting schedule, what we need from you, and the opportunities waiting for your review.

Ask before you sign

About to do a deal? Ask how it changes your bottom line and how it should be structured, and get an answer built from your own numbers.

A person, not a platform

We don't hand you a login and wish you luck.

Most financial software works the same way. You connect your accounts, and then the work is yours: categories, reconciliations, reports nobody explained. AI tools add more of it. When you get stuck, there's nobody to ask.

Here a person who knows your file does the work. When we need something from you, it shows up as a card in the app. Not a phone call, not a spreadsheet, not fifteen emails.

The collective

One creator gets a seat at the table. Together, our members set the table.

Members pool their buying power. Together they get into deals and fee schedules usually kept for family offices, and every member sees the same numbers.

What it costs

We aren't cheap. We cost a lot less than we save you.

Membership is a fee, and it isn't small. We don't publish it, because it depends on how many businesses you run and how much of the work we take on.

We set it after your interview, once we've seen your numbers. Before you join, we show you what we expect to save you next to what we charge. If that math doesn't work in your favor, we'll tell you on the call.

How admission works

Hard to get into, on purpose.

  1. 01

    Apply

Ten minutes. Tell us about your businesses. Your place in line is set the moment you apply, so earlier applicants are seen first.

  2. 02

    A phone interview

Every applicant speaks with us. It takes thirty minutes and you don't need to prepare anything. We want to know if we can actually help.

  3. 03

    Onboarding, in order

We take a small number of members each quarter, in the order they applied.

No lock-in

If you ever decide to leave, full offboarding is part of the service. We hand over the books, the files and the plans, and we stay available for up to six months to help whoever takes over.

Application for membership

Start with your email. We'll send a link that opens your application. It takes about ten minutes, saves as you go, and everything you share stays with us.

Holding an invitation? Members give out a small number of codes. A code moves you past the waitlist. You will still apply, and we will still call. You just won't wait.
